Paneer Bites

Ingredients:
Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)- 1 1/2 cup (~ 250g)
Kashmiri red chilly pwd- 1 tsp
Corn flour- 3/4 tsp
Oil- for frying
Oregano (optional)- for garnish

How to make Paneer Bites
1. Cut Paneer into cubes and marinate with red chilly powder, salt and cornflour.
2. Sprinkle some water, if too dry.

Butter- 1/2 cup (100g)
Sugar - 1/2 cup (90g)
Brown sugar- 1/3 cup (85g)
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Egg- 1
All-purpose flour- 3/4 cup (105g)
Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Rolled oats- 1 1/2 cup (128g)
Black raisins- 2/3 cup (94g)
How to make Oatmeal Cookies

How to make Oatmeal Cookies
1. Combine butter and both type of sugar. Once creamy, add egg and continue whipping
2. Add vanilla
3. Mix together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda
4. Fold in oats and raisins
5. Bake at 375F (10 mins for a chewy texture and 12 mins for a harder texture)
