This recipe features a quick and easy version of the classic Baked Salmon with a twist. It is so simple and delicious that you may want to try it right away.
Salmon is a fish that’s known as the ‘meat’ in seafood world and is a complete meal by itself. So healthy and easy to prepare. For this recipe, I’ve used garlic butter flavored with herbs and honey. And a few more beautiful sauces. So little ingredients and yet such a great flavor.
Ingredients:
Salmon fillets- 4
Butter- 2 tbs, melted
Soya sauce- 1 tbs
Oyster sauce- 1 tbs
Mustard sauce- 1/2 tsp
Lime juice- 1/2 lime
Garlic- 2, chopped
Honey- 1 tbs
Salt
Pepper
Italian herbs (optional)
How to make Baked Garlic Butter Honey Salmon:
1. Wash, dry and place salmon filet in a baking dish, skin side down
2. In a bowl, combine all other ingredients mentioned and mix well
3. Pour over the marinade on top of the fish
4. Sprinkle some Italian herbs on top
5. Bake at 450F for 12 minutes .
6. Serve hot
