How to make Pepper Chicken
- In an old wok (I use an old wok for burnt flavor), add oil, green chili, garlic and ginger.
- Sauté for a minute on a medium flame.
- Add in washed and cleaned chicken pieces and mix everything.
- Cook for 15 min with lid closed. Stir in between and add green bell peppers after 7 minutes .
- After 15 min, time to dry the water from the chicken.
- Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix everything well and allow the juices to dry. Do not close the lid.
- As the chicken starts to dry, you should see a nice darkish brown color.
- Add cilantro on top and garnish with some more fresh pepper if you like.
This looks yum!!!
