Kiwi- a fuzzy fruit so full of vitamin C and packed with refreshing tropical flavor is a great source of nutrition. Uncommonly known to boost your immune system, Kiwi is one fruit you shouldn't miss out this summer.
Ingredients
(For a single serving)
Kiwi- 1, pared
Lime juice- half lime, squeezed
Mint leaves- 3-4, Washed -with stems
Sugar syrup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Water- 1 cup
How to make Kiwi-Key lime Virgin Mojito
1. For sugar syrup- In a pot, add in water and sugar. Boil until the sugar dissolves. Allow it to cool down.
2. In a blender jar, add in pared Kiwi, Lime juice, Mint leaves and the Sugar syrup and blend everything together.
3. In a serving glass, add some ice. Layer sliced Kiwi and mint leaves.
4. Pour in the Kiwi juice and serve immediately.
