The Creamy Garlic Parmesan Recipe is a preparation of sautéed Mushrooms that is infused with the flavors of herbs and garlic cooked with a a creamy cheese based sauce.

Mushrooms are one of my favorites and now it will be your favorite too!

Serve these as a side or alongside some Pasta for a delicious meal



Ingredients
Mushrooms - 10 oz (~283 g)
Garlic cloves- 3, finely chopped
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Heavy cream- 1/2 cup
Mozarella- 1/4 cup
Parmesan- 2 tablespoon

For Seasoning
Olive oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
Parsley - for garnish

How to make Creamy Garlic Parmesan Mushroom
1. In a medium saucepan, add in some olive oil over medium heat
2. Add in mushrooms and allow it to brown on a side without stirring
3. Now stir it and allow it to brown on the other side for 2 more minutes.
4. Add in a pinch of salt and pepper
5. Stir it and cook for 1 minute
6. Add in chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute
7. Add in butter and pour the heavy cream. Mix well.
8. Add in the cheese, mix and allow the sauce to thicken.
9. Adjust the seasoning
10. Garnish with some more Parmesan and fresh or dried parsley.
